Marquee RewardsSM Program Guidelines
1. MARQUEE REWARDS (MR) cardholders must be 21 years of age or older to participate
in the program. MR members may have only one (1) account and may not play on
or earn benefits from any other account.
2. No casino play or fee is required to obtain a MR card. When signing up for a card,
you must present a valid and unexpired government-issued form of identification or
photo identification acceptable to Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg (HCL).
3. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that your MR Player’s Card has been properly
inserted into the slot machine card reader. If the card is properly inserted, the
display will welcome you by name and account number. HCL is not responsible for
any unrecorded slot machine play due to an improperly inserted Player’s Card.
4. MR members earn rewards when playing with their MR card inserted in the slot
machine. Rewards are earned at variable rates depending on game type, game
denomination and level of play. MR members may be awarded benefits that can be
redeemed at HCL.
5. MR has three tier levels of participation—MARQUEE REWARDS, CELEBRITY and
PRODUCER. Tier levels are evaluated semi-annually on June 30 and December 31 and
may be adjusted based on their play for the previous 6-month period. HCL
management reserves the right to upgrade or downgrade any MR member at HCL’s
sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Membership benefits will automatically
expire on cards showing no activity for a 6-month period. MR tier members will have
their comp balances expire after showing no activity for a 6-month period.
6. As a member of MR, you may receive offers and rewards available to members only.
MR members give HCL express permission to send mail, email and other solicitations
to the addresses provided, as well as telephone solicitations if your telephone number
has been provided. Members may request at time of card activation, or subsequently
in person, that they do not want to receive mailings or other information. MR members
are solely responsible for ensuring that their addresses, email addresses and
telephone numbers are on file and correct.
7. HCL is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, coupons, vouchers or lost/
misdirected mail or any other form of communication.
8. MR program benefits are not transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other
promotions, except at the determination of HCL. Limit one (1) account per person.
9. HCL reserves the right to provide a MR member with a temporary upgrade in status.
Conversely, HCL also reserves the right to reduce a member’s status, revoke specific
member privileges and/or a member’s card altogether for actions that are deemed
inappropriate, abusive or in violation of the rules and/or regulations of MR, HCL or the
Indiana Gaming Commission.
10. Employees of HCL are not permitted to participate in this program. Employees of
affiliates of Hollywood Casino may not be eligible to participate in all aspects of the
program.
11. HCL reserves the right to refuse complimentary redemptions or rewards if it is
determined that the true cardholder is not present or that coupons or other documents
have been altered or tampered with in any way. Valid photo identification is required
at the time of redemption for any award.
12. HCL reserves the right to purge balances from a player’s account without advance
notice.
13. HCL reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this program at any time without
prior written notice.
14. All MR members will be evaluated on a fixed 6-month period unless stated otherwise.
Tier points earned in the evaluation period will determine card status.
15. Card and privileges are non-transferable to any other player.
