About Don Felder of The Eagles
A Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and member of The Eagles for almost three decades, Don Felder made his mark on rock music. He co-wrote Eagles classics, like “Victim of Love,” “Those Shoes” and the mega-hit “Hotel California,” and added his unmistakable lead-guitar tone to countless other Eagles tracks.
The Eagles scored five number-one hits, 14 Top 40 hits and four number-one albums, including Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975), which has the distinction of being the top-selling album of all time with over 38 million copies sold. Felder’s time in the band is chronicled in his 2008 smash bestseller Heaven and Hell: My Life in the Eagles (1974-2001).
After leaving The Eagles in 2001, Felder became a sought-after solo artist and he has performed alongside the likes of The Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, Alice Cooper, Warren Zevon, Barbra Streisand, Elton John, Joni Mitchell and Stephen Stills.
Look for Felder to perform his solo songs, including “Heavy Metal (Takin’ a Ride)” and “American Rock N’ Roll,” along with Eagles classics, like “Heartache Tonight,” “Life in the Fast Lane,” “Take It Easy,” “Hotel California,” “Already Gone,” “One of These Nights” and many more.
